WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Where: Fisher Rooftop at Seattle Center - Bite of Seattle®
Dates:  Friday, July 19 - Sunday, July 21 * Restaurants can participate in one, two, or three days.
Hours: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. each day* while supplies last

HOW IT WORKS:

  • The Alley will host SIX Seattle-area restaurants each day of the Bite of Seattle®.

  • Guests will purchase a ticket at the ticket booth (our staff operate this), to receive a plate and utensils. Guests then walk through The Alley to receive one small-medium size entree from each of the six restaurants.

  • Restaurants can participate in one, two, or all three days of the festival.

  • Restaurants must serve one small-medium sized entree**

  • Restaurants will be paid per actual serving, based on actual daily sales of restaurant participation.**

    • Potential guests per day: Friday 1,000, Saturday, 2,400, Sunday, 1,200* Numbers may change subject to actual day of attendance.

  • INCLUDED: Dedicated 10 x 10 canopy with side walls, staffing & electricity, plates, utensils and napkins for guests. All furnishings including front counter, prep/work tables topped and sided & sub floor/astro-turf *Complete list of inclusions provided upon application.

  • Restaurants do NOT sell tickets or handle money. Our dedicated staff take care of this for you.

  • Restaurants may decorate and display merchandise and other promotional items inside their booth space.
    ** Cost per serving and price paid per serving is a set amount for all restaurants, designated by Bite of Seattle®, to be discussed upon application.

  • Exceptional advertising and marketing exposure prior to, and throughout the festival through social, digital, radio, plus feature on The Bite of Seattle website, and in the Seattle Times official program - total est. value $106,200 with reach of 1.8 million. 

  • Onsite opportunity to participate in a cooking demo or mystery cook-off in The Bite Cooks!, hosted by Chef Thierry Rautureau (The Chef in the Hat). The Bite Cooks! is located adjacent to The Alley.

  • Additional opportunities to feature in nominated television spots*. Based on media & restaurant schedule.

  • *Overall est. attendance at the Bite of Seattle over the 3 days of the festival is 375,000+

what Food lifeline receives:

Proceeds from The Alley benefit Food Lifeline, the state’s largest hunger relief organization, which rescues surplus food from going to waste and redirects it to more than 300 food banks, shelters, and meal programs. With support from people like you, Food Lifeline is able to provide the equivalent of 97,000 meals every single day to people struggling with hunger across Western Washington.
