10' x 10' General Vendor Application

$583.75 FEE INCLUDES THE PROCESSING FEE AND TRADE SHOW LICENSE FEE FOR THE CITY OF SEATTLE.

Processing Fee: There is a 3% credit card processing fee per transaction.

Description: Vendor that sells commercially imported goods, crafts and misc. merchandise NOT sold in retail chains, non-profits or groups, OR a vendor that provides entertainment or an act or service (i.e. Caricature artist, henna tattoos, clubs, non-profits). Vendors cannot sell anything that could be considered a weapon (i.e.  knives, swords, nun chucks).

All additional needs or services above and beyond what is listed below are to be arranged and paid for by the participating company through the official show decorator, electrician or plumber. If accepted, additional information regarding the above will be provided.

Refunds: If you withdraw your application within 5 days after it is received your deposit will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. If you withdraw anytime after March 15, there is NO REFUND. If not accepted, booth fee/deposit (less processing fees) will be refunded the first week of April.

Booth Packages Include:

  • BOOTH SPACE: One 10' x 10' space. You must provide your own canopy and booth furnishings.

  • ADVERTISING: All participants will receive mention in the press kit, event program, and website inclusion (be sure to provide any links necessary).

  • ELECTRICAL: Power available for an additional fee.

  • PARKING: No parking pass provided, however can be purchased pre-event.
