10' x 10' Specialty Food Vendor Application (price shown 100% of deposit)


Total Booth Fee: $1,800 + 16% of net sales


Processing Fee: There is a 3% credit card processing fee per transaction.

Description: Previously categorized as "On Ground Vendor (OGV)". This is ONLY for food vendors selling 1-2 main items that do NOT require a full kitchen or BBQ space. NO ITEM CAN EXCEED $8 in this category.

All additional needs or services above and beyond what is listed below are to be arranged and paid for by the participating company through the official show decorator, electrician or plumber. If accepted, additional information regarding the above will be provided.

Refunds: If you withdraw your application within 5 days after it is received your deposit will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. If you withdraw anytime after March 10, there is NO REFUND. If not accepted, booth fee/deposit (less processing fees) will be refunded the first week of April.

Specialty Food Vendor (SFV) Packages Include:

  • BOOTH SPACE: One 10' x 10' space in a high traffic location (canopy NOT provided).
  • ELECTRICITY: Available to order directly from the show electrician.
  • STORAGE: Optional use of a 5' x 5' space in a common storage refrigerated trailer on site (freezer space not provided).
  • SANITATION: Use of any of the four sanitation stations with three-compartment sinks for ware washing and potable water.
  • PARKING: Pre-purchase parking is available for standard size vehicles and box trucks. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
  • ADVERTISING: All participants will receive mention in the event program and website inclusion (with link you provide in application, if applicable).
