Passage Events for Dulcinea: A quick note to say thank you for all your help with the Bite. Both of our clients did very, very well and were really pleased with the event. And I’m sorry I ever doubted you on the location for Dulcinea. It doesn’t look very good on paper but when we started going – WOW! It couldn’t have been better. Can we keep that spot forever as the special Passage Events spot?  Thanks again for everything. Hope we can work together next summer.

Sensodyne:
I just want to let you know that we couldn’t have been more happy with our placement at Bite. I was informed by Nicole that it was by far the best sponsorship location at the event. Overall, the event was a huge success and we would love to return with Sensodyne and other programs in the future. Thank you very much. Mobile Media Enterprises / WNBA Tour: The event was a huge success for us, one of the best on the tour so far.  Thanks for all of your help prior to and during the event.

Emerald Queen Casino: Despite inclement weather conditions and other unnamed obstacles,  I would like to thank you for a fantastic festival season. The Taste of Tacoma was as wonderful as ever and was enhanced by some additions. The Bite of Seattle was a showcase for your versatility, perseverance, flexibility, and pure tenacity as a company and as a crew. The lay-out was the best I've ever seen as a visitor or sponsor and I'd appreciate it if you forwarded my sincerest admiration to the individual or individuals responsible for laying out the event out so effectively. Every addition from the badminton to the beer garden(s) and Pike Place Market vendors showed skill and precision and a distinctive knowledge of your customer base. Next year I hope that the weather is more forgiving and the "event players" are more "forgiving, as well.

Working with the Bite of Seattle is one of the best event marketing experiences in the industry. Their sponsor relations and communication before, during and post event is terrific.  I'll continue to bring sponsors to this outstanding event whenever possible!

Our first experience at the Bite was first class. Our booth was complex and had many unique demands and Festivals Inc. not only met them but exceeded them in every way. We look forward to being a part of this great event next year.

From the Heart of Washington:
The Bite of Seattle™ 2004 was a perfect event for our campaign coverage. The From the Heart of Washington booth had terrific traffic and fantastic coverage throughout the Seattle Center grounds. Thanks to the Festivals crew, especially Brett and intern Amanda, the Alley area and Bite Cooks stage ran smoothly. Our sponsorship of The Bite Cooks! stage was well received as well as positive feedback from the public. We are looking forward to next year!

Old Bay Seasoning:
This was Old Bay's second year as Official Seafood Seasoning sponsor of the Bite of Seattle™.  Once again, the event was a great vehicle for us to reach out to people in the Pacific Northwest.  Our Peel & Eat Shrimp contest boasted record crowds and we were able to sample our product to thousands of people.  It's always a pleasure working with Festivals Inc.  Their staff is helpful, organized and always willing to go the extra mile.  We look forward to working together again in the future.

Advil Liqui-Gels: 
From the moment we arrived at the Bite of Seattle™ until our final load-out, the event was a great success. Brett Gorrell and his hardworking staff were very friendly and accommodating every step of the way. The atmosphere was lively and the attendance was huge, making it an ideal venue to distribute Advil® Liqui-Gels®. Festivals Inc. eliminated our headaches, making it easy for us to eliminate everyone else’s!

We at Alloy Marketing and Promotions bring our marketing programs to hundreds of events throughout the year. The Bite of Seattle™ is consistently one of the most successful with regards to offering our clients access to hundreds of thousands of savvy consumers in a fun, family environment.

Washington Lottery: The Bite™ is always one of the best summer Lottery events for us to take part in! This year with the launch of our new Tabasco Scratch ticket we were able to do a co-promotion with QFC and Tabasco! Our Tabasco ticket accounted for 43% of all our Scratch ticket sales! Another great year!

BrushPicks Toothpicks: The Bite of Seattle™ was by far the most successful event we participated in all summer. We owe it all to the people at Festivals Inc. (Brett Gorrell and the staff). From contracts to site logistics, every step of the process was done with excellence and professionalism. Brett and the staff made sure we had everythign we needed to run a great promotion! We can't wait for 2004!

Lawry’s Live!: The Bite of Seattle™ was not just an addition to our schedule, it was an asset! The event was all that was promised: big attendance, ideal demographics, excellent placement, a perfect location in a vibrant city, and terrific weather to boot! The thing that gave the Bite™ its advantage, however, was its fantastic staff. My staff and I were well taken care of every step of the way.
