The
2009 wine tasting put the
spotlight on vintages that you're sure to enjoy! Wine enthusiasts will enjoy wines from nearly a dozen wineries in a peaceful cafe atmosphere at the 2009 Bite of
Seattle™.
Located
in the Alki Courtyard and adjacent to The Alley hosted by Tom Douglas, and The Bite Cooks!,
admission
to the wine tasting is FREE. For $6.50 you receive two tasting tickets and a
souvenir tasting glass. Each additional tasting ticket is $2.
The Sagelands/98.9 Smooth Jazz Stage sits adjacent to the wine
tasting and offers wine tasters and sippers the chance to relax and
socialize to a background of contemporary jazz performances all
weekend.
2009
will bring another spectacular group of wineries to
sip, sample and savor! Participating wineries to date include: Samson Estates Winery, Canoe Ridge, Bridlewood, Frei Brothers, Stina's Cellars, Banfi Natura, Knipprath Cellars, Sagelands Vineyards and Hoodsport Winery.
